A prominent healthcare company requires a JUNIOR AND PROFESSIONAL DATA ANALYST for its team who meets the following profile: Academic Level: Technician in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields, with an interest in data analysis. Experience: 1 year of experience in internships or academic projects related to data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with basic descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques applied to result interpretation and decision-making. Knowledge of defining, monitoring, and interpreting management indicators (KPIs) developed in academic projects or simulations. Basic knowledge of report generation and business intelligence; experience developing dashboards or reports in academic or internship settings will be valued. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) acquired during studies or professional internships. Working Conditions: Salary: Between $2,600,000 and $3,000,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:15 AM Work Mode: On-site in Bogota. Contract: Indefinite-term contract.
