Support deboning activities for beef carcasses by separating, cleaning, classifying, and preparing various cuts of meat to ensure maximum raw material utilization and compliance with established standards for quality, food safety, productivity, and industrial safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Functions of the Deboning Assistant** **1\. Support in the deboning process** * Assist in separating meat pieces according to instructions from the deboner or process leader. * Perform basic cuts and removal of fat, tendons, and excess tissue. * Classify various meat cuts per customer specifications and export standards. **2\. Product handling** * Transport meat pieces between different production areas. * Place products on trays, hooks, or worktables. **3\. Packaging and labeling** * Package meat cuts according to established procedures. * Accurately label products with batch number, date, and destination information. **4\. Quality and food safety control** * Verify that cuts meet presentation and quality requirements. * Identify and report product anomalies. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements: Deboning Assistant** ---------------------------------------------- ### **Education** * Completed high school diploma (preferred). ### **Experience** * Minimum 6 months of experience in slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, or companies in the meat industry performing deboning, cutting, or handling of beef. * Candidates without prior experience may also be considered if willing to undergo on-the-job training.
