Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Demand Estimation Leader and Demand/Procurement Planner to optimize supply and inventory management, supporting commercial decisions. Sourcing of new suppliers and strategic partnerships. exela S.A. is looking for a Demand Estimation Leader / Demand Planner / Procurement Planner to join its team in Bogotá D.C. The selected candidate will be hired through the temporary staffing agency exela S.A., providing services to Croydon company. Job Objective: To optimally plan supply across various product categories while continuously monitoring inventory levels, ensuring efficient availability and supporting commercial decision-making. Required Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demand Estimator and/or in purchase forecasting, preferably in direct sales, mass consumer goods, or retail companies. Academic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Business Administration. Main Responsibilities: - Plan and monitor supply and inventory for product categories. - Update and manage planning and budget files per campaign, identifying new, core, ongoing, and promotional products. - Prepare analytical reports during and upon closing each campaign, comparing budget vs. results by category and subcategory. - Analyze KPIs such as UPP, margin, average price, product Pareto, quadrant-based behavior, and service level. - Forecast sales for new and existing products based on historical analysis and catalog-based behavior. - Generate reports for inventory liquidation strategies and support commercial decision-making. - Validate pricing, discounts, and key data to ensure accuracy of information delivered to design and product departments. - Monitor suppliers, invoices, and purchase orders for the catalog channel. - Identify new suppliers and propose innovative and strategic partnerships. - Support inventory KPI management, including turnover, obsolescence, and coverage. - Analyze campaign-based sales and propose improvement actions. - Conduct competitor benchmarking to strengthen the product portfolio and sales tools. Working Conditions: - Work Location: Bogotá – La Sevillana - Contract Type: Project-Based or Labor Contract - Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Salary: $3,700,000 to $4,145,000 according to experience + statutory benefits + internal company benefits Join our team and grow with us! -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 2 years of experience
