Position Summary: We are seeking high school graduates or technical professionals with customer service and TAT sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, possessing assertive communication skills and customer portfolio management capabilities. Customer portfolio management We are looking for high school graduates or technical professionals in customer service and support or related fields, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the TAT channel, preferably in telecommunications. Candidates must possess assertive communication skills, knowledge of addresses, customer portfolio management capabilities, and ability to meet commercial performance indicators, and must own a motorcycle with all documentation up to date. Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMLV) + mobility allowance of 240,000 COP + commissions.
