Job Responsibilities Responsibilities: Call customers before delivering the product to confirm arrival. Accompany the driver in the vehicles assigned by the company. Maintain assertive and courteous communication with customers during the delivery process. Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding payment for online orders. Collect the corresponding payment for delivered products. Perform vehicle maintenance and cleaning for assigned vehicles. Be responsible for the integrity of the product to be delivered. Be the last point of contact for the customer; therefore, must always appear friendly and professional. 3. Experience and Competencies Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, loading/unloading goods, or similar roles 4.
