Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Technologist to carry out planned, corrective, and proactive maintenance activities on equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician or Technologist Work Location: Buga Processing Plant Shifts: Rotating Required Education: Technical or technological degree in: Electromechanics and Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. Additional Requirements: With or without professional license; if licensed, it must be a CONTE professional license (categories TE1, TE3, or TE4) or a CONALTEL license, as applicable. If you do not hold a license, you must be available to obtain one. Experience: 6 months – 1 year in maintenance areas, performing preventive, corrective, and/or predictive maintenance tasks. Job Objective: Timely execution of planned, corrective, and proactive maintenance activities on equipment and facilities, ensuring proper operation and continuity of production processes. Important: Strict compliance with biosafety protocols is required. Salary: $2,289,000 + statutory benefits + overtime pay. Contract: Initial fixed-term contract for the first three months (contract for specific work or services), followed by a direct employment contract with the company. Salary paid monthly.
