Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Electromechanical Technician/Technologist to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment in the recreational sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment. 3. Support process improvement and operational continuity. A prominent company in the recreational and operational sector is currently seeking an Electromechanical Technician/Technologist to work in Melgar, Tolima — a professional committed to equipment maintenance, safe operation, and operational continuity of electromechanical systems. * Electromechanics * Electricity * Mechanics * Industrial Maintenance * Related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. Verifiable experience in similar positions. Knowledge of: * Electric motors * Electropumps * Variable-speed drives * Power and control electrical panels * Structured cabling * Electric generators * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in manual and electric tools. Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts. Main Responsibilities: Operate electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ventilation systems associated with swimming pools and water attractions. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment. Maintain electric motors, electropumps, variable-speed drives, electrical panels, and power plants. Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and installations. Identify deviations, report anomalies, and document technical findings. Adhere to the established maintenance schedule and plan. Assemble and install industrial equipment and machinery. Execute work orders related to maintenance and intervention of electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure order, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment, tools, and facilities. Prepare basic technical reports and documentation. Support process improvement and operational continuity.
