Job Objective Deliver an exceptional, personalized, and memorable experience to every customer as the service host. Responsibilities include in-person customer service, loyalty management, sales, administrative support, and operational coordination of the space—ensuring smooth operations aligned with brand standards. Candidate Profile Charismatic, empathetic individual with an excellent attitude. Strong commercial profile: engages, connects, and sells. High emotional intelligence to manage peak hours and resolve customer situations assertively. Commitment and long-term career projection within the company. 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales. Residing in the northern zone or Suba is desirable (but not mandatory), and having personal transportation is preferred.
