Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Analyst with experience in mass recruitment, corporate client management, and cold recruitment, focused on achieving targets. Key Highlights: 1. Goal-oriented mindset External Recruiter Location: Medellín Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + benefits + 250,000 onboarding bonus + variable pay of 400,000 based on objectives. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 working hours per week (8 AM to 5 PM); two Saturdays per month (8 AM to 12 PM each), one in-person and one virtual. Total working hours: 44. Their primary responsibility will be mass recruitment and selection. Main Responsibilities: • Recruitment and selection of operational, commercial, and administrative personnel. • Posting job openings on various employment portals and networks. • Pre-screening, candidate outreach, cold candidate sourcing, candidate registration, Requirements: • Technical or technological degree in administrative fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing agencies or temporary employment firms. • Handling over 50 vacancies per week.
