We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the operational and documentary control of vehicles, with a focus on coordinating maintenance activities and tracking requests to ensure continuous operation.

A Fleet Manager is required to be responsible for the operational and documentary control of the vehicle fleet, with intermediate Excel proficiency and experience in tracking customer requests. The role is onsite from Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability for emergency response. The position aims to ensure continuous and orderly fleet operations through documentary control, coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, and tracking of customer requirements. The primary impact lies in reducing fleet downtime, proper service scheduling, and compliance with scheduled reporting for operational management. This role provides direct exposure to logistics and maintenance processes, along with learning opportunities in supplier management, operational procedures, and fleet control tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform operational and documentary control of the vehicle fleet
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet
Track customer requests and operational requirements
Manage documentation related to the vehicle fleet
Administer relationships with service providers for the fleet
Schedule and supervise the execution of maintenance services
Prepare and present fleet management reports
Ensure continuous and orderly fleet operations
Reduce vehicle fleet downtime
Guarantee compliance with customer service guidelines
Requirements:
Professional or student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with fleet control tools
Experience in document management
Experience in supplier management
Ability to track customer requests
Ability to work under pressure
Customer service orientation
Availability to work on Saturdays for emergency response
Onsite position in Colombia
