Forestry Operator A leading company in the forestry sector requires Forestry Operators for its workforce to perform activities related to the establishment, maintenance, and management of forest plantations, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, productivity, and safety standards. Salary and Benefits - Base salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) - Transportation allowance - Rolling allowance - Statutory benefits Contract Type - Project-based or task-based contract Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week) Requirements - Primary basic education (non-exclusive). - Fieldwork experience, including sowing, crop maintenance, or related activities. - A personal motorcycle is mandatory. Main Responsibilities - Perform silvicultural activities, including establishment and maintenance of forest plantations. - Assist in harvesting and timber utilization tasks. - Comply with the company's established safety and quality procedures and standards. - Properly use assigned tools, equipment, and implements required to carry out activities. - Maintain work materials in good condition and report any issues.
