Job Summary: Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to handle fresh berries, ensuring product integrity and compliance with quality and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and efficient forklift operation for handling fresh products. 2. Ensure product integrity and compliance with quality and food safety standards. 3. Support receiving and inventory processes with order and cleanliness. Operate forklifts safely, efficiently, and precisely for receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of fresh berries, ensuring product integrity, maintenance of the cold chain, and compliance with the company's established food safety, safety, and quality standards. Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Saturday, according to production process. Afternoon/night shift starting at 2:00 p.m., including night shifts, availability for overtime, and fulfillment of 44 weekly hours distributed according to scheduling. Salary: $2,200,000 + legal transportation allowance + social benefits. Benefits: Performance bonus based on work performance and achievement. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Work Location: Guasca C/marca. · Requirements Valid forklift operator certification. Valid B1 or B2 driver's license. Academic background: high school diploma, technical, or technological degree. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. Responsibilities Operate the forklift to transport, load, and unload berries in warehouses and cold rooms. Ensure correct product placement using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Prevent product damage during handling and movement. Support receiving and inventory processes. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Perform basic inspections and report anomalies related to the assigned equipment.
