A prominent company located at the Siberia Business Park (Siberia Road, past the Funza weigh station, before Servientrega) is looking for committed and passionate forklift operators. Profile Requirements: High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience operating double-depth electric forklifts. Valid forklift operator certification. Experience operating European or Japanese equipment such as Still, Jungheinrich, or Japanese Yale forklifts. Experience operating narrow-aisle electric forklifts (capacity: 1500–2000 kg). Valid or expired height-work training certificate. Main Responsibilities: Safe and efficient forklift operation within logistics processes. Support in loading, unloading, and storage of goods. Compliance with industrial safety regulations and internal procedures. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Availability to work on Sundays or holidays as required by operational needs. Salary: COP $2,100,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + overtime pay + meals. Additional performance bonus of COP $200,000.
