Position: Forklift Operator Main Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. - Load and unload cargo from transportation vehicles. - Place and store materials in assigned warehouse and production areas. - Timely supply production lines according to operational requirements. - Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report anomalies or mechanical failures. - Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and internal procedures. - Support logistics and inventory activities as required. Requirements: - High school diploma. - Valid forklift operator certification. - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within manufacturing plants, logistics centers, or warehouses. - Knowledge of material storage, loading, and unloading. - Availability to work rotating shifts. Employment Conditions: - Salary: COP $1,770,000 + Statutory Benefits + Transportation Allowance + Overtime Pay. - Contract Type: Project-Based or Service Contract. - Work Location: Av. Longitudinal Km 19 – San Jorge Industrial Park, Warehouse 87, Mosquera – Cundinamarca. - Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday: - Morning Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Night Shift: As required by operations.
