Responsibilities: Oversee the company's administrative, commercial, and financial operations. Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation. Supervise recruitment, hiring, and payroll processes. Manage clients and new business development. Coordinate personnel deployment and mission follow-up. Lead growth and profitability strategies.
