Providing information about the food and beverage menu Position: Hostess - Restaurant in Medellín City: Medellín Contract Type: Project-based or Task-based Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday: 10:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday: 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Salary: COP $1,750,000 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: Welcome customers and assign tables courteously. Manage and verify reservations, supporting corporate events. Provide information about the food and beverage menu. Coordinate with the Rooftop via intercom for table assignments. Make follow-up calls for no-show reservations. Other duties related to the position. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in customer service or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience (brand promoter, event promoter, or protocol).
