Job Mission Lead, coordinate, and monitor Human Resource Management processes within the regional office, ensuring proper execution of personnel administration, payroll, training, organizational well-being, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), benefits management, and human development, while ensuring compliance with current regulations, corporate policies, and management systems. Main Responsibilities Supervise and monitor payroll, hiring, onboarding, personnel updates, and disciplinary processes. Analyze and control overtime hours, ensuring appropriate management aligned with operational productivity. Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs. Design, execute, and evaluate training and development programs according to organizational needs. Identify training opportunities to strengthen employee competencies and performance. Coordinate hotel reservations and logistical requirements related to personnel, in accordance with established guidelines. Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce organizational culture. Promote well-being, integration, and workplace climate initiatives to strengthen employee commitment and sense of belonging. Organize social, cultural, sports, and recreational activities. Manage employee benefits, allowances, institutional support, and work equipment. Develop management indicators, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
