**HUMAN TALENT ANALYST** **Job Description:** We are seeking a strategic and organized Human Talent Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes through document management, promoting a positive organizational culture, and designing initiatives that strengthen employee well-being and engagement. **Main Responsibilities:** *Recruitment Support \- Document Management:* * Request and validate required documentation for hiring * Prepare and manage employment contracts and other legal documents * Coordinate pre-employment occupational medical exams * Manage the induction and administrative onboarding process * Create and keep updated employee resume folders * Ensure compliance with legal requirements in the hiring process *Organizational Climate and Culture:* * Design and implement strategies to strengthen organizational culture * Conduct periodic workplace climate assessments and analyze results * Develop action plans based on organizational diagnostics * Facilitate communication spaces and active listening with teams * Promote corporate values across all areas of the organization *Employee Well-being:* * Create and execute comprehensive well-being programs (physical, emotional, and social) * Coordinate integration and recognition activities * Manage corporate benefits and quality-of-life programs * Implement work\-life balance initiatives * Monitor satisfaction and engagement indicators **Requirements:** *Education:* * Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Additional training in human talent management (desirable) *Experience:* * Minimum 2 * years of experience in similar roles * Experience in recruitment and document management processes * Knowledge in organizational climate assessment and improvement * Experience in designing and implementing well-being programs *Skills and Competencies:* * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation * Proficiency with human resources information systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical ability to interpret data and metrics * Results-oriented with continuous improvement mindset * Creativity in designing innovative programs * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Job type: Full-time Experience: * 2years: 1 year (Required)
