Mandatory Requirement: Postgraduate degree in Human Talent Management or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years leading Human Talent processes, including experience in: • Competency-based selection. • Labor legislation and social security. • Design and monitoring of management indicators. • Application of talent assessment tools. • Organizational development and performance management.
