Required Profile We seek high school graduates with experience in metalworking processes and operation of CNC and conventional machinery. Knowledge of programming, operation, and adjustment of CNC lathes, conventional lathes, and machining centers is required. We value committed, responsible individuals who are quality-oriented and attentive to detail. Main Responsibilities Program, operate, and adjust CNC and conventional lathes. Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Perform dimensional measurements and inspections of manufactured parts. Apply knowledge of metrology, tolerances, and quality control. Carry out basic preventive maintenance of machines and tools. Comply with industrial safety procedures and good manufacturing practices. Work Location Celta Business Park Salary Between $2,200,000 and $3,000,000, depending on the candidate's experience and knowledge. Working Hours Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Contract Type Project-based or task-based contract, with all statutory benefits.
