Possesses solid knowledge of meeting recovery objectives (RPO/RTO), continuously monitoring backups, and managing incidents related to data recovery, thereby ensuring operational continuity of services. Experience in technical documentation and process standardization aligned with ITIL best practices. Results-oriented profile, with analytical capability, focus on continuous improvement, and high attention to detail in managing critical data. Key Functions and Responsibilities Configuration and administration of backup and replication solutions in GCP environments. Validation and enforcement of information retention policies. Periodic execution of restoration tests to ensure backup effectiveness. Compliance with RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective) metrics. Monitoring backup integrity and availability. Management and resolution of incidents related to data recovery. Documentation of technical and operational procedures following ITIL guidelines.
