Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic with experience in plastic injection and blow molding machines to monitor their operation, report anomalies, and ensure production quality. Ensuring production quality and cleanliness A reputable company dedicated to manufacturing plastic products, located in the Puerto Tejada Industrial Zone—15–20 minutes south of Cali—is seeking an Industrial Mechanic with at least 1 year of experience operating plastic injection and/or blow molding machines. Responsibilities: - Monitor proper operation of blow molding and injection machines, reporting any anomalies to the appropriate personnel. - Monitor proper operation of blow molding and injection machines, reporting any anomalies to the appropriate personnel. - Ensure separation of defective units that may arise during the process. - Submit daily production and machine downtime reports. - Ensure execution of machine cleaning and disinfection activities. Working Conditions: - Technical or technological degree in industrial machinery - Rotating 8-hour shifts, Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. - Salary: $2.040.936 + transportation allowance $249.095 + statutory benefits - Mobility allowance $261.900 - Onboarding bonus of $100,000 granted in the first month - Biweekly payments Important: - No on-site cafeteria available - No transportation route provided Excellent work environment.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 1 year of experience Knowledge areas: Manufacturing, Plastic injection, Machinery, Industrial mechanics, Production, Machine operation Willingness to travel: Yes
