Academic Background Technical, technological, or professional degree in: Systems IT Infrastructure Networks Telecommunications Related fields Required Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in roles involving: Administration and support of IT infrastructure IT service management and administration Support and administration of Microsoft Office 365 Network administration and support (CCNA or equivalent knowledge) Infrastructure configuration, connectivity, and incident resolution Monitoring and maintenance of technology platforms End-user support for IT services Technical incident diagnosis and resolution Technology asset administration following best practices Technical Knowledge LAN/WAN networks Office 365 IT infrastructure IT service management Network connectivity and support Incident and request management Employment Conditions Contract type: Project-based or labor contract Salary: $1,909,909.16 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits Salary composition: 70% statutory benefits, 30% annual bonus Work modality: On-site Location: Bogotá Mandatory requirement: Must own a motorcycle. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst, support, apoyo, soporte
