Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Advisors with experience in technology or home appliances to advise customers, identify needs, and conduct demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise customers on the features and benefits of home appliances. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. 3. Conduct operational demonstrations of home appliances. We are currently seeking SALES ADVISORS to work in Manizales, preferably with experience in the technology or home appliance sector, availability to work in the southern area, CC El Tesoro. Main Responsibilities: Advise customers on the features and benefits of home appliances. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Conduct operational demonstrations (refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, etc.). Promote sales of complementary products (extended warranties, accessories). Employment Conditions: Salary: Minimum wage + statutory benefits + commission of COP 610,000 with a ceiling. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day, with availability to work 2 Sundays per month. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Payment Schedule: Biweekly.
