Job Description: We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support and manage user environments, enterprise applications, and technological infrastructure. This role combines help desk and systems administration responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and an excellent user experience. Key Responsibilities: Level 1 and 2 technical support (hardware, software, and network). Diagnosis and resolution of incidents on Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications. Administration of Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, security) and Azure. Management of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Administration of Windows servers, access controls, and shared resources. Network support (LAN/WAN, VPN), VoIP, and connectivity. Installation and maintenance of devices, printers, and software. Support for CRM and Adobe tools. Ticket management ensuring SLA compliance. Requirements: Experience in technical support and systems administration. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networks (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Active Directory administration skills. Experience with VoIP, CRM, and Adobe (preferred).
