Main Responsibilities: Clean common areas, offices, restrooms, floors, walls, and fixed points. Perform cleaning of the company's outdoor areas. Classify and properly dispose of waste (organic, recyclable, and solid). Operate a machete for maintenance of green areas. Maintain and update work records and plans. Comply with company-established procedures and guidelines. Requirements: High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in general services or similar positions. Experience operating a machete (desirable/ideal).
