Job Summary: We are seeking a data analysis expert to integrate and leverage data using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to support decision-making and sustainable growth. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science. Specific and essential knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and Power BI. Knowledge of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms (Azure). Experience with automation (RPA), agile methodologies, Power Platform, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with Dataiku* is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analysis roles (Big Data), including data extraction, analysis, quality assurance, visualization, and interpretation. · Job Objective: Analyze, integrate, and leverage data from various company departments within innovation and digital transformation initiatives, aligned with the department’s strategic guidelines and business needs—including the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence—to generate reliable information, key performance indicators, models, and analyses that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, enhance revenue generation, deepen customer insights, and enable the organization’s sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Support the collection, organization, and preparation of data originating from various company departments. Execute basic database queries to retrieve information required for analysis and reporting. Update and maintain existing reports and dashboards in business intelligence tools. Validate the quality and consistency of data used in analyses and reports. Support the integration of information from diverse data sources following established guidelines. Perform descriptive analyses to support operational decision-making. Document data sources, indicator definitions, and analytical processes. Support the presentation of results and reports to internal stakeholders. Ensure the integrity and security of applications developed by team members and the information contained therein.
