Customer service and teamwork A prominent technology company specializing in human resource and payroll management solutions is looking for a Functional Payroll Support Analyst to provide guidance and support to public and private sector clients. Academic Qualifications Students in their final semesters or professionals holding degrees in humanities, social sciences, environmental sciences, administration, health sciences, engineering, accounting, economics, or related fields. Experience Minimum one (1) year of experience in payroll processes, social benefits, social security, withholding tax, and disability management. Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll-related incidents and exceptions. Desirable experience in helpdesk operations or functional support for payroll and human capital management applications. Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in payroll systems and human capital management platforms. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. Verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service and client support. Ability to prepare reports and document incidents. Teamwork and willingness to share knowledge. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support to users in end-to-end payroll processes. Handle client requests and incidents, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Analyze root causes of incidents and propose effective, sustainable solutions. Clearly and systematically document managed cases and their respective resolutions. Identify error patterns and generate preventive recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Advise users on the correct use of payroll tools and processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing customer experience and process stability.
