This person will be responsible for supporting labor legal management, ensuring proper case handling and regulatory compliance, and assisting with key processes within the organization. Responsibilities Analyze and manage cases related to labor law. Provide support in labor relations processes. Assist in the correct application of regulations regarding: Enhanced job stability Labor immunities Draft legal opinions and support decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvement in labor processes. Participate in process optimization and automation initiatives (desirable). Required Profile Law degree. 2–3 years of experience in labor law. Specific knowledge of: Enhanced job stability Labor immunities Labor case management Specialization is not mandatory.
