Labor Relations Supervisor

Ensure comprehensive, timely, and legally sound management of labor relations processes, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, legal risk mitigation, and an excellent experience for internal clients.
What will you do in this role?
Labor Process Management
Lead end-to-end disciplinary processes (summonses, statements of defense, analysis, and decisions).
Execute employment terminations under various grounds, ensuring legal compliance.
Validate labor immunities, reinforced job stability, disabilities, and legal restrictions.
Administration and Documentation
Draft letters, addenda, contracts, and other legal documents.
Manage databases, KPIs, and departmental reports.
Ensure traceability and documentary control over all processes.
Internal Support and Advisory
Respond to labor-related inquiries from leaders and employees.
Address legal requests (e.g., petitions for rights, complaints, etc.).
Support proceedings before authorities such as the Ministry of Labor.
Comprehensive Management and Coordination
Coordinate with departments including Payroll, Occupational Safety and Health (SST), IT, and Legal.
Support labor migration matters (visas, documentation, etc.).
Participate in internal committees and training sessions.
Leadership
Supervise support staff (interns, analysts, etc.).
Ensure team adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
What are we looking for?
Education
Law degree
Specialization in Labor Law (highly desirable)
Experience
3–5 years in Labor Relations, Labor Law, or related fields
Experience in:
Disciplinary processes
Contract terminations
Validation of labor immunities and reinforced job stability
Desirable experience in high-volume organizations (BPOs, contact centers, technology companies)
Key Knowledge Areas
Colombian labor legislation (Substantive Labor Code)
Disciplinary processes and terminations
Social security and occupational risks
Document management and KPIs
Office tools and platforms (CRM, JIRA, etc.)
Languages
Intermediate English (minimum CEFR B1 level) .
