Manage operational incidents and provide timely resolution of contingencies A prominent company in the logistics and land transportation sector is seeking a Logistics and Transportation Operations Leader to direct, coordinate, and guarantee the proper execution of operations. Main Responsibilities: Lead logistics and transportation operations and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and control of the vehicle fleet. Make operational decisions to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations. Supervise route adherence, zoning, and routing compliance. Monitor management indicators and generate operational reports. Manage operational incidents and ensure timely resolution of contingencies. Coordinate the operational team during assigned shifts. Ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics processes. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university degree in Logistics, Operations, Transportation, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics and land transportation operations. Experience leading operational teams. Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle tracking, zoning, and routing. Proficiency in management indicators and operational decision-making. Working Conditions: Salary: $2,800,000 + statutory benefits + overtime + surcharges. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with rotating shifts. One day off per week.
