Main Responsibilities: Design and Structuring: Execute logistics improvement projects focused on space and order preparation (picking/packing) process optimization. Operational Analysis: Evaluate current operational flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose technically grounded solutions. Project Management: Lead schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery. Detailed Engineering: Conduct capacity, productivity, and layout design studies. Transformation: Provide technical support for continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives. Reporting: Document processes, prepare management reports, and present strategic results to management and clients. Requirements and Academic Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 3–5 years leading logistics projects (specifically in storage optimization and order preparation processes). Technical Knowledge: * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Logistics data and KPI analysis. Digital Tools: Advanced Excel and Power BI. MS Project or similar planning tools. AutoCAD proficiency (highly desirable).
