Ensuring product quality and meeting targets A major production company is currently seeking a Machine Operator or Machine Supervisor with two years of experience operating plastic production machines (preferred). Responsibilities: Synchronize and adjust production machines to ensure optimal production performance Inspect and monitor the production machine process to manufacture products under optimal quality conditions Execute the production schedule provided by the planning department to meet production targets, cost goals, and delivery timelines Verify availability of supplies, raw materials, tools, and technical documents (packaging specification sheet, product specification sheet, work order), and adjust the machine accordingly for production Experience: High school diploma; 2 years of experience operating plastic production machines (preferred). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with one day off per month. Location: Fontibón Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Salary: $2,142,000 + All statutory benefits + Overtime pay + Sunday and holiday premiums.
