Team Overview:
Working at DiDi means solving real problems for millions of riders, eaters, drivers, and couriers across Latin America on one of the region's largest ride\-hailing and delivery platforms, built to be every day better for everyone. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in a fast\-growing, data\-driven environment, where decisions doesn't stay in a deck — it ships to a real city before the week is out.
**As a Marketing Intern,** you will help DiDi show up where our customers already are — on the feed, in the inbox, on the street, behind the wheels — and prove it with the numbers behind every campaign. This role is built for those who wants to learn how to build campaigns that grow the platform; the brand people recognize; and the content that actually engages people.
Role Responsibilities:
* Solving growth and engagement problems through testing frameworks — audiences, messages, channels, creative.
* Navigate a crowded, fast\-moving channel landscape by running performance campaigns, CRM journeys and content that actually convert.
* Collaborate across brand, performance, product and data to keep every touchpoint sharp and the voice consistent.
* Own a channel, campaign or content metric end to end, managing the pressure of a live budget and a real audience.
* Adapt your approach in real time as performance data tells you what's resonating and what isn't.
* Identify the patterns behind what a young audience actually engages with — and do more of it, fast.
**WHAT YOU'LL GET**
* A live campaign or CRM flow you own and/or a content project that actually ships to a real audience — your idea, published, with the numbers to learn from.
* A manager who mentors you and gives feedback on a weekly rhythm (not once a semester)
* Structured onboarding and a development trail built with our Learning \& Culture team, plus hands\-on upskilling on the tools this role uses
* Space to work alongside AI on real problems

* **Availability to onboard on January, 2027** with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
* Clear communication in Spanish, with **working proficiency in English**
* **Technical foundation:** comfortable with data and spreadsheets through the use of Google Sheets and SQL or Phyton basic knowledge. Familiarity with Ad/CRM, SEO and design/video tools is a plus.
* **Analytical curiosity:** you like a dashboard as much as a good creative
* **Storytelling instinct:** a feel for culture and what works on social
* **Hands\-on ownership:** organized, data\-comfortable and quick to act
