Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 2–3 years of experience Main Responsibilities * Ensure an excellent user experience and customer service. * Maintain inventory control and availability. * Supervise order and cleanliness of facilities at the workplace. * Ensure adherence to service and response time requirements.
