A prominent jewelry and fashion accessories manufacturing company is seeking Mechatronics Technicians or Technologists, or professionals with degrees in Industrial Automation or related fields. Required Profile: - Recently graduated technicians or final-semester students available for full-time work. - Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial equipment automation and assembly. - Knowledge of design, assembly, and installation of mechatronic mechanisms. - Basic handling and analysis of OEE for intervened equipment. - Basic ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. - Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments (multimeter and clamp meter). - Basic knowledge of structured cabling, three-phase connections, and conduit installation. - Basic understanding of RETIE regulatory standards. Main Responsibilities: - Perform cable laying and machinery connection according to project specifications. - Support the assembly of electrical panels and basic automation systems. - Conduct initial functional tests under supervision of the maintenance team leader. - Ensure order and correct identification of connections in work areas. - Provide support in mechanical assembly of structures and supports for machinery. Working Conditions: - Location: Milano Industrial Park – Mosquera, Warehouses 5 and 6. - Salary: COP $2,030,000 + statutory benefits + legal transportation allowance. - Contract type: Project-based or service contract. - Availability to work rotating shifts. - Candidates residing in Mosquera, Madrid, Funza, or Bogotá (Fontibón) are preferred, with easy commuting access or personal transportation.
