We want you to join our team exactly as you are! **Reports to:** NiN Field Operations Manager **Department:** Nutrition **Vacancies:** 1 **Location:** Ibagué **Application Deadline:** July 14, 2026 **Position Overview** Deep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, along with experience in the institutional access pathway and use of the MiPres platform. **A Day in the Life of...** * Promote and educate healthcare professionals about our products. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals. * Understand and apply the institutional access pathway to facilitate prescription of our products, thereby generating demand for portfolio entry into the channel. * Negotiate with professionals in the retail channel to drive rotation of our products. * Use the MiPres platform to manage and optimize access to our products within the healthcare system. * Deliver effective presentations on the benefits and features of our products. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies driving portfolio growth. * Monitor and report market and competitive trends in the formula sector. * Participate in training and professional development activities to stay updated on industry developments. **What Will Make You Successful** * Professional degree in Nutrition, Medicine, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in medical detailing * Experience in Market Access, including institutional channel management, engagement with key stakeholders, and understanding of access processes * Experience in the retail channel * Prior experience managing nutrition portfolios is valued * In-depth knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system and the MiPres platform. Average base salary: $ 4\.900\.000 and average variable compensation: $ 2\.100\.000, plus company-fixed benefits.
