Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Mercaimpulsor with strong interest in marketing and customer interaction to execute in-store activities, restock products, and promote sales. We offer: Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (MMLV) + transportation allowance Statutory benefits Commissions Monthly payment Immediate hiring Schedule 8 hours per day, according to assigned point of sale. Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Responsibilities Execute marketing activities at the point of sale. Perform restocking, product displays, and planograms. Ensure proper brand presence at the point of sale. Approach customers, provide advisory support, and promote product sales. Conduct tastings and promotional activities. Verify product availability, display, and rotation. Meet assigned commercial indicators and objectives. Candidate Profile High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of experience in: Mercaimpulso Product promotion In-store marketing Restocking and product displays Knowledge of: Planograms Brand presence Complementary lists Commercial displays Excellent commercial attitude, customer service orientation, and communication skills.
