We are seeking a Merchandiser for Popayán, with experience in the self-service channel and availability to conduct routes in nearby municipalities. Your purpose will be: Ensure the correct execution of marketing strategies at points of sale. Perform product stocking, display, rotation, and organization. Implement advertising materials and activities defined for the channel. Strengthen relationships with customers and point-of-sale managers. Meet established management indicators. Conduct visits to assigned points of sale along the route. Requirements: High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of experience as a merchandiser in the self-service or minimarket channel. Experience in formats such as independent self-service stores, minimarkets, or discount store chains. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Availability to conduct routes in Popayán, Timbío, and Piendamó. Employment Conditions: Base city: Popayán. Salary: Current legal minimum wage + statutory transportation allowance.
