City: ARMENIA Contract type: Fixed-term or project-based contract Start date: Immediate · We offer: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) Legal transportation allowance: CURRENT LEGAL ALLOWANCE Transportation allowance: $250,000 Commissions: Up to $250,000 for achieving KPIs (performance-based) Statutory benefits Job stability Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability for 2 Sundays per month); travel availability required if assigned to nearby towns Schedule may vary depending on the channel 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts according to point of sale. What will be your mission? Route coverage across various channels (modern trade, independent stores, supermarkets, and wholesalers) Product restocking and rotation Planogram management Displays and POP materials Order placement and inventory control Handling returns, pricing, and expiration dates Work in refrigerated units Candidate profile we seek: Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) (Applicable experience includes merchandising promoter, shelf stocking operator, or multi-skilled assistant with marketing knowledge) Knowledge of planograms and point-of-sale execution Desirable experience in beverages or dairy products Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills at the POS Basic understanding of KPIs and digital tools If you seek job stability, additional income through commissions, and the opportunity to join a leading company, apply now!
