Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking Metal Structure Assemblers to design, develop, manufacture, and market equipment, spare parts, and products for the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpret technical drawings for construction and assembly of equipment. 2. Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, and calipers. 3. Perform daily equipment inspections. METAL STRUCTURE ASSEMBLER – IMMEDIATE HIRING Location: Recta Palmira A leading company specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial and agricultural equipment, spare parts, and products is currently seeking Metal Structure Assemblers. Main Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings for construction and assembly of equipment Assemble metal structures and accessories according to specifications Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, calipers, and tape measures Verify markings and cuts on materials (sheets, pipes, channels) Perform daily equipment inspections (welding, oxy-fuel cutting, etc.) Use mechanical aids such as overhead cranes and pulley blocks for moving structures Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a metal structure assembler Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation Experience operating industrial tools Desirable experience with carbon steel and structural pipe Conditions Day Shift: Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Night Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Salary: $2,286,000 + overtime + all statutory benefits + 50% subsidized cafeteria by the company. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
