Job Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals for the sale and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), delivering products by motorcycle and managing sales to retail customers. Our client company focuses on marketing and subsequent sales of fast-moving consumer goods — food! WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Male and female candidates with a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and work. Must own a motorcycle and maintain all required documentation up-to-date (SOAT, technical inspection, and valid driver's license). If you lack experience in TAT stores, training will be provided by the company. Completed high school education (Bachillerato). Availability to perform traveling routes and carry merchandise on the motorcycle. RESPONSIBILITIES: Hired personnel will be responsible for transporting merchandise via motorcycle to traditional retail outlets — e.g., neighborhood stores — and visiting long-standing customers familiar with our brand. They must present and sell the products, collect payments, and issue sales invoices. Traveling routes are conducted once per week to La Virginia, Dosquebradas, and Santa Rosa. THAT'S IT! SALARY AND WORK HOURS Current minimum wage: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance: $240,000 + mobility allowance: $234,000 + motorcycle maintenance allowance: $120,000 + sales commissions ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 + travel allowances during traveling routes. THIS RESULTS IN A TOTAL OF OVER $2,000,000 COP. Working days: Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM — NO SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
