Indefinite-term contract We are looking for: National Mass Recruitment Coordinator You will be responsible for ensuring the correct operational, administrative, and financial implementation of new strategic clients, leading service rollout and guaranteeing high-quality standards in mass recruitment. What are we looking for? Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or service roles within temporary staffing operations. Knowledge of: Mass recruitment, assessment, and selection. Administrative and financial processes. Management indicators and operational analysis. Technological tools and information analysis.
