Job Summary: A prominent IPS is seeking experienced nursing assistants for on-site or home-based care, responsible for induced demand management, patient follow-up, protocol implementation, and patient guidance. Opportunity to apply nursing protocols A prominent IPS in the city is currently seeking nursing assistants to join its team at various facilities or for home-based care. Candidates must be certified nursing assistant technicians with at least one year of documented experience in the field. Key responsibilities include generating induced demand for patient scheduling, monitoring patients’ attendance (or non-attendance) in programs, implementing program-specific protocols, guiding patients on preparation for exams and diagnostic tests, delivering prescriptions, clinical records, and other documentation arising from medical care, taking vital signs, collecting laboratory samples, and performing other duties inherent to the position.
