NURSING ASSISTANT – EMERGENCY AND INPATIENT SERVICES City: BUGA PRINCIPAL Schedule: 44 hours per week Total monthly hours: 220 hours Rotating shifts: Day and night shifts Salary: $1,866,477 + all statutory benefits Contract Type: Project-based Labor Contract / via Extras Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive and humanized care to patients in emergency and inpatient services, supporting the professional team in performing clinical procedures and ensuring patient safety. Patient reception and preparation in the emergency department. Measurement and documentation of vital signs. Administration of medications according to medical prescriptions. Support in medical and nursing procedures. Insertion and management of peripheral venous access. Comprehensive care for hospitalized patients. Monitoring and reporting of changes in patient condition. Completion of clinical records and institutional documentation. Strict adherence to biosafety and patient safety protocols. Assistance with internal patient transfers when required. Requirements Diploma as a Nursing Assistant. Minimum one year of certified experience in emergency and/or inpatient services. Active registration in RETHUS. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
