Performing storage, loading and unloading tasks, and inventory control A leading company in the cycling sector, dedicated to the production, importation, and commercialization of products, is currently seeking Operational Assistants for the city of Cali, preferably candidates who own a motorcycle. We are looking for individuals with experience in logistical support activities, including loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage of products. Main responsibilities: Verify product condition during unloading operations. Support daily logistical process activities to ensure their proper operation. Execute assigned operational tasks in accordance with company procedures and guidelines. Guarantee compliance with delivery and task execution deadlines. Perform storage, loading and unloading, inventory control, and order preparation and picking/packing. Other duties related to the position. Work Schedules: (Availability to work any shift as assigned) Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Employment Conditions: Base salary: $1,750,905 + legal transportation allowance: $249,095 + performance bonus for meeting KPIs: $150,000 + statutory benefits.
