Join our team! An important shopping center is currently seeking a high school graduate with 1 year of experience working as an Operational Control Assistant. Knowledge of security and first aid is required. Job Duties and Responsibilities Execute access control at assigned checkpoints to maintain the shopping center’s security. Conduct regular patrols to identify unsafe acts or conditions. Act as the first responder during emergency situations, applying security protocols (and first aid if qualified). Immediately report any irregularities, infrastructure damage, or incidents to direct supervision. Accurately complete logs and records of all operational activities and events occurring during the shift. Provide guidance and assistance to visitors, maintaining the shopping center’s service excellence standards. Support logistics for events or special activities held at the Horizontal Property (P.H.).
