Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to oversee operations, ensure objective and target achievement, and lead large-scale, operational, and dynamic teams. Key Highlights: 1. A postgraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields is preferred. **Experience** Minimum 5 years managing personnel, supervising operations, and ensuring achievement of objectives and targets. Experience leading large-scale, operational, and dynamic teams. **Requirements** Preferred: courses or training in personnel management, work methods and time studies, Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS), and database management. **Location:** Popayán.
