Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the comprehensive management of vending machines nationwide, ensuring machine availability, cash collection control, and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the 24/7 nationwide operation of vending machines. 2. Leads operational and technical teams, optimizing routes and processes. 3. Applies technological tools for monitoring and controlling operations. An Operations Manager is required to oversee the comprehensive nationwide operation of vending machines from Bogotá. The position aims to ensure 24/7 machine availability, cash collection control, and inventory accuracy. · Supervise and coordinate daily nationwide vending machine operations. Ensure 24/7 operational availability of vending machines through preventive and corrective maintenance planning. Guarantee timely and efficient restocking of vending machines. Implement and supervise cash collection control processes, ensuring transparency and minimizing risks. Manage and control product inventory in vending machines and distribution centers, ensuring record accuracy. Coordinate and optimize logistical and technical team routes to maximize operational efficiency. Utilize Parlevel and other technological tools for monitoring and controlling operations. Analyze operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement plans. Lead and develop the nationwide operational and technical team. Participate in defining and implementing risk matrices and contingency plans. · Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the vending or mass consumption sector. Proficiency in Parlevel, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems. Experience with cash collection control tools and routing/logistics platforms. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams nationwide. Orientation toward operational data control and analysis. Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs), including operational availability, restocking compliance, cash collection reconciliation, and inventory control. Knowledge of vending machine operations. Experience in managing operational routes. Prior experience as Operations Head or Operations Leader will be valued. Availability to work in Bogotá with nationwide scope.
