Ability to work under pressure. **Requirements:** * Education: Public Accountant, Technical Degree in Accounting, Administration or related fields * Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting area * Knowledge of Sys café software, Aportes en Línea, Microsoft Office **Responsibilities:** * Record employee changes (hires, terminations, absences, leaves, etc.) and manage social security affiliations (EPS, ARL, AFP, Compensation Fund). * Prepare biweekly payroll and verify its proper accounting registration. * Calculate and manage payments for parafiscal contributions and social security. * Support administrative processes in the Human Resources department. * Record daily accounting transactions and assist in bank reconciliations and accounting adjustments. * Supervise and validate accounting records to ensure transactions are correctly recorded. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
